Table tennis tip - avoid injury ›Footwork & Forehand drive
There is really nothing funny or unusual about it, but it is worth remembering that a forehand is only as good as your footwork. What do I mean? Well you may know how to do the full shot in practise but getting the ball to line up in your power zone is another thing.
What I enjoyed about watching these table tennis women play in HD is the bouncy nature of her footwork. There is a huge contrast as I don't need to name names. Being athletic and fit allows one to be less in contact with the ground and more ready to shift ever so slightly or a lot if needed.
Some great forehand drives here.
